  • Established the Academy of Teacher Excellence to provide teacher training in Special Education in Chennai leading to a Post Graduate Diploma that is now recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India. The Academy has graduated 120 teachers in the last 7 years
  • Established the Kaleidoscope Learning Center for children with different learning needs in Chennai. Initiated various therapies for children with autism and other special needs.
